i did something eons ago that used tape measure. I got the book again as well @Bunniekins did go for walk, wasnt that bad, did near 50% more than yest morning, ie same as did all yest , not just morning.

@TAB the Respiratory Specialist told me if I continued to smoke as I was doing, I would be dead in 5 years. I'm still likely to die from the damage already caused, but this way I might have 10 years left.

@Former-Member thank you for your beautiful words. i am using optifast and it works for me quite quickly in fact. you are right looks fade over time but is more of a health thing for me. yes a beautiful soul is what counts. my soul is okay it is a work in progress 😄 xx

@Gibbshey Gibbs i have very needy children. my middle son has autism, schizophrenia, epilepsy and a mild intellectual delay. my daughter is trans with autism chronic depression and epilepsy and eldest has depression. my ex and i are close which is good and he spends alot of time here helping out but he has dementia.... i want to go back and study but with my mental health issues it may be to much which saddens me tbh.

During the week i spend time with my middle son and daughter. my eldest has a gf and is leading his own life. i have to be honest with you i have a support carer who helps me and a mental health nurse. i am in trouble in so many ways and need help. can you help me?

@TAB that is great TABs! i havent done anything today as had son over and with daughter. just drinking optifast and poking my ribs trying to find bones!
