@StuF hi StuF yes thank you it was less stressful. we spoke about our triggers and the various ways we would do the deed. we are very alike. how has your day been?

My was ok - full day of group (9.30 to 3.30 used to do 9.30 to 12.30) so tired. But went well.

About to grab a beer and watch the news (no, I don't know why). Hope to catch you later 🙂

I really just catch the sport and weather and then deal or no deal...the news itself is generally awful!

My support worker took me to see my youngest son.

I haven't seen him in 4' years. I saw him, he was working so told me he'd call me in the weekend.

He has completely changed his facial features. I'm still a little in shock that I saw his beautiful face.

I forgot the colour of his eyes they are blue.

So glad you got to see your son. That must have been massive for you after all that time. I hope you can rebuild a connection with him, but I imagine that will be a delicate process
