well there was earthquake there re newks and Star Hotel @tonys lol

brother lived in medowie for years, I visited a handful of times, for weeks sometimes. worked in Singleton , Muswellbrook on the coal. Loved Port Stephens . stayed there a few times. remember picking heroin girl up from train station in newks with squadrons on giant bats slihoetted against the moon .. used to be one of her stomping grounds , delivering pizzas with a bit extra living in Raymond Terrace

@tonys Wait… Huck did you tell me that you had lived in Newy and I’ve forgotten?
I know @TAB has traveled more than the Leyland Brothers, so I always thought it was the TABSTA that had been in Newy, not you Huckleberry my one-man cheer squad.

I fly to PER -SYD 9 May, catching the train to Newy for my Aunt & Uncle’s 10 May Annibithary.

Today has been a long day.

@tonys I forgot, Merreweather Hotel downstairs pack like sardines. I was 16 been at the beach all day. Weekend Living on liquid diet of milkshake for breakfast, GTs after the bench.

That was before Silver Chair were Nirvana-in-Pyjamas.
