@TABs how are you going TABs? i have gone down 2 dress sizes but my butt is still letting me down. more shakes i suppose and no lollies or muffins. nice and cool here down to 18 wont last just making the most of it. how is your sleep apnea machine working for you?

supposed to be 17 sometime this morning . at least 7 more days of high 30s/40s here @Bunniekins i am maintaining. no energy.

machine and I are not getting along. should have rung them already will try soon. lasted 3 hours once. it seems to chuck a wobbly after an hour that wakes me , like a valve stuck or something air not getting in mask, not sure if thats possible, but 10x air coming out of mask and not from me. turn on and off and its fixed, whos going to wake every hour on the hour to reset machine ? anyway by then not slept for an hour with it on so took it off like whats the point. at least it counts as time used machine. ha ha

got to get moving here shortly have to drive to city for course. wish i could afford to stay overnight and not have to get up so early and drive. should be getting bus and study on bus this is BS

@TABs hate public transport so know the feeling. my x swears by the machine. lol his now wife wears ear muffs etc to bed as x snores even with the machine!!! he he. Have a good day TABsxx

They claim impossible to snore w machine @Bunniekins need some advice/changes

Early again. Got slightly lost. Think might drive car to place on hwy an hr fm home and get bus as they all go thru there could cut out 3hrs driving that way and get home same day will look
