Hi,

Just quickly, this was concerning me as I tried to go to sleep- I remembered there was some distressing news about Sinead O'Connor in the last couple of days. In fact, I had decided to not share a song from her in case the news triggered someone. Then, I got all too excited wanting to share that song that I forgot and went ahead and did it!

Anyway, sorry if that did affect anyone...if anyone actually noticed it at all.

Back to bed for me!

@Appleblossom unfortunately with a few swear words from me too, psychiatric assessment people all too often bloody won't deal with severe mental health crises until someone is actually hurting themselves for Christ's sakes... From personal experience people twist reports to suit the occasion too, too cover their own royal behinds, then appologise when things get bad instead of actually trying to prevent issues in the first place. Oh well, I don't want to work myself up tonight as I've coped reasonably ok today and don't want to spoil it lol! Anyway, I'm gonna listen to a bit of music for a while.

@StuF I have never really followed any music artists. There always seemed too many, and I was too busy to even make up my mind.

I have been impressed by Sinead when listening to her on casual net surfing. Also growing my Irish side, cos it was stunted as a child. I had not seen the news, til you mentioned she was going through a lot. One article said her son Shane escaped suicide watch. The son of 2 successful musicians and of a deliberately chosen different faith. Whatever their deep beliefs, I hope God watches over them. Makes me think about faith and other aspects of so called 'free will'.
