Trapped

Trapped

Just caught up with friends I havnt seen for a few months..been in a relapse since last time I saw them.. they dragged me out for a kebab...did not want to go..no money and the usual scenario...but went along...soon as we got their just wanted to bail but couldnt...no vehicle money etc..trapped...really unpleasant ..thoughts of an ex that she was spying on me etc..half expecting to bump into her...really hard to shake...at home now.. still feel a bit nauseous from the outing...no thoughts of sh or si but really off to say the least..they say being clean is liberating ??? Thats funny cause it doesnt feel like it to me..night all.

Re: Trapped

Hang in there @Hamburger. I'm sure it won't always be like this. I hope not for me too. Can't remember the last time I went out and felt GOOD, just ok at the best but ya gotta have hope it gets better. Cheers💜😊

Re: Trapped

We all need friends and you have to make your own path as to whether you change your envirnoment or not. I went overseas but the bloomin stuff followed me all the way around the world so in the end I had to sort out the drug issues from the people issues. It was better that way to get totally clear on it all. Hang in there re rehab tho. It is worth it.

Re: Trapped

@hambuger. Well done for going out today with friends. Even if it was hard.
Your body may be reacting to the stress of the day. So pleased there was no SI or SH. well done.
Get a good sleep and hopefully tomorrow will be easier.

Re: Trapped

Sleep...whats that? Up every hour every night..seen doc yesterday...asked for light dose of ap's again..no luck...gave me script for melatonin..try that welfare day...yeah its so much fun interacting with friends who cant leave their mobile phones alone for 2 minutes!! Really meaningful relationships!! Since we like to keep it real...and stuff...lol..frustrating when u try hard to b honest and yet "god" still has people who have issues with " the golden rule" impose on your life!! Anyway..heading towards the negative here..will keep things positive..ie ..shall continue job hunting etc. That way then...one day I can join a footy team and enjoy some catharsis!! ,who cares if im 65 when that occurs..hey? Thanks for your feedback..

Re: Trapped

@Hamburger. You are not alone with the frustrations of mobile phones. My niece will visit us for a day or two, but will spend all her time on her phone - even just to take selfies. Annoys me. Come and talk to me or stay home and play with your phone.
