I finally arrived.

I have missed so many bbqs...the burning on Australia day....the purchase of a new bbq

The frustration with the type of bbq..too slow!? .. I hope that I have remembered that correctly..

The putting together...oh yes...another ikea type project....flat packs have so much to answer for...

bbqs should just fit together shouldn't they>

As you said the bolt looks like the one on the picture and should go in the space on the picture...

We have all used lego or duplo haven't we?

Why do they have to complicate something that is meant to alleviate hard work...a bbq..

No matter..

You did it....Yeah

You cooked and cooked and celebrated.

This was joy to read.

The food scrumptious..

choice of drinks yes I would have shared a glass of sauvignon blanc and or shiraz.

I found pinot grigio...try that one..

Music choices galore..

Fabulous

Music and dancing..

Then the menus and special invitations that were a surprise..

I am not up to the boat cruise yet.

I have only just found you here and want you here with your humour; creativity.

Would it help you to know that I have upset people over my time on the forums. You might already know this.
