I just wanted to check in as what you've said about self-medicating concerns me a little. May I ask what you mean by that? I want to strongly encourage you to consult with a doctor or health professional about medications as it can be dangerous to change without advice or support.

I'm wondering if there is someone you could speak to right now? There is Beyond Blue (1300 22 4636) and SANE's Support Centre is also available for drop in support if you'd like to speak to someone 1:1 non-urgently.
