First course delayed, more Guests arriving, Chef has organised Banana Fritters with Cinnamon, Jam and Cream Scones, Sandwiches 🥪, And a tray after tray of anything one can think of, but the presentation is remarkable and all foods are cut to tiny amounts ie sandwiches are cut like finger size, vol au vents are small sort, pastry’s are various vitamin packed, clear tiny cups have yoghurt over berries with nuts or Muesli

all pleasing to the eye.

Gee, you are really excelling yourself @Clawde . Setting a standard so high that it cannot be bettered. Is that wise I wonder?

Sausages are not normally my thing @TAB . But I'm guessing these are German specialties. So I am going to indulge my tastebuds on this occasion.

As for all these teeny weeny cute and tasty platters of goodies that @Clawde has dished up .. goodness me, where do I start? Im like a kid in a candy store. 😱💖

Have to go now Front of house staff are not good, confusing for them, Security and Catering Staff have never really mixed, even though this is not there first time bring us altogether, expectations are high, and step’s coordination need to be improved, the sound during briefing were left behind, as the helicopters landing and taking off noise was a surprise or un expected , the table setting, really got messy, ie even down to staffs uniform, and hair do’s but people like you and Clawde are able o adjust especially @Emelia8 @Former-Member @hanami @Former-Member and all our guests
