The Ice-Memery

Well hey there good folks, welcome to the Ice-Memery. This is a space where I will be sharing all the flavours of positive mental health memes I have collected over the years.

I have always found memes to be a low-effort way to share highly relatable experiences and ideas. So I've decided to share some of the ones that have helped me through tough times, shown me something new, or given me a hearty chuckle.

  • I aim to update the thread weekly with a few new images each week
  • Sometimes I might follow certain themes and other times just things that make me laugh
  • Feel free to share your memes too! It can be anything really - jokes, funny pics, cartoons, even cute animals if you like!
  • Please DO talk about any of the themes that pop up; if something resonates, if you disagree, I wanna hear about it.
  • Please DO NOT share any images that are stigmatising, triggering, or anything that is racist/sexist/discriminatory in any way.

If anything doesn’t sit well with you, tell us about it! You can talk about it here in the thread or email us at team@saneforums.org.

I hope to bring a smile to anyone passing by. So without further ado, here’s a double scoop of creamy memery:

Enjoy, friends!!

She is so pretty @Former-Member 🙂

My husband mentioned a screenshot meme from Reddit this arvo, so I got him to send it to me so I could share it you! Because of thought of you and your memes when he said it 😊. You may have already seen though, I dont know. I liked it - its clever.

@AlwaysMyself oh I love Monty Python, my brother and I were just watching the killer bunny scene a few days back. We need more twisted humour like this in the world!

Re: The Ice-Memery

@Former-Member she is not a cat, she is a Queen. Siamese? I grew up with Siamese cats, mum loves them. They are so vocal and intelligent.

I think we'll get along @ENKELI 😎🤣🤣🤣

But I cannot protect you from rabbits. My name is not Tim, and I'm not an enchanter. Also, I do not know the air-speed velocity of either a European or African swallow....

The Cave of Caerbannog, which houses the Legendary Black Beast of Arrghh.

Re: The Ice-Memery

@ENKELI she's not like a full Siamese, I think she may be a variation or a cross breed, either way she's demanding, cheeky and extremely vocal and I wouldn't change her one bit.

Re: The Ice-Memery

Thanks @AlwaysMyself I haven't seen that one before. The nerd in me immediately remembered the reason why the legend about vampires not being seen in mirrors doesn't apply today. Many many years ago mirrors had a coating of silver on the back of the glass to create the reflective surface, but nowadays silver is no longer used.

Re: The Ice-Memery

@Former-Member I did not know that about vampires and mirrors, thanks Sparky! You're a champion, and not because you have a head like a sparkplug 🤣
