Thank you @Zoe7. Unfortunately I'm in a really really bad way, hence havnt been on the forums for a long time. It was a very difficult day today. I usually love birthdays but am unable to find any pleasure or enjoyment in anything. Every day is torture. It has been a ridiculously difficult time for a long time now. Had an unsuccessful hospital admission in November/December - I came out just as bad if not worse. They have said they are unable to help me Thanks Zoe for thinking of me and for your good wishes. Xx
