Im married with 2 teenagers & have had schizophrenia for over 15 years.
I work part-time, and feel like I'm on an emotional roller-coaster nearly every day.

Welcome to the forums! I'm glad you've been able to find us and post your first post.
As you browse around, I'm sure you'll find like-minded people - depends on your interests e.g. reading, movies, animals, caring for teenagers, schizophrenia, art and craft...
I can absolutely relate to the "emotional roller-coaster" you feel like you are on each day. A mix of mental health, teenagers and life in itself can certainly be a challenge. I sure hope you'll find some support here on the forums.

I definitely relate to feeling like youre on an emotional roller-coaster everyday, it can be really difficult to manage. I'm glad you've found these forums for some support and I'm sure some more members of our community here will jump in to offer some additional support as well.
