I've been there and done that too @Oaktree. It hurts doesn't it? It takes a while to recover but we get back on board and we all mend having learned from it. We're all human, my friend. Be kind to yourself.

Hi @Oaktree I hope you reconsider your wish to leave the forum It is I believe the BPD talking,..seeing things as whole or nothing, black and white part. Please remember there are colours of the rainbow in between 🌈 Take the time you need to admire all the beautiful colours. Just as all forum members are different but also the same ❤️💛💚💙💜

Look after yourself. I need to back off from the forums from time to time ....I am glad you were able to express yourself and that others responded. During these cray cray crazy lockdown times, a little company and a little phantasy can go a long way to lifting mood.
