Something’s not right

My housing agency

My housing agency

Something happened with my housing agency today. It's too hard to explain here. I feel traumatised, distressed, upset and sad. I'm crying.

I don't know where to go for help. I have been trying but no one is helping me. I have called several organisations but they aren't helping me.

I didn't sleep at all last night. I haven't had a shower. I haven't eaten or drunk anything all day.

I feel very depressed and hopeless and sad.

I'm sorry, I'm not explaining myself very well. Things are very bad.

I have sent an email to my therapist.

Re: My housing agency

I have no money. I will probably never work again. I will never have the kind of life I want. My life has been wasted. My family have treated me like sh*t all my life. I have no family. I never got to get married or have children. Not long ago I Googled an ex boyfriend. He has a successful business. He is creative and he has had a rich, full life. This can be seen through the many photos he has uploaded of his life. He is a photographer as a hobby. He has travelled to many countries and now he is married and has a child. When I looked at his photos it dawned on me that other people have been having a life while I've been wasting away.

I never got to have a career. I have never known what I wanted to do with my life like other people do.

I'm amazed that there are people who have never had depression while I've had it all my life.

I'm no longer attractive. My body is ruined from years of being inactive and putting on weight (I have lost most of it now).

@Arizona honey I wish I could wrap you in love like a blanket. I've been sitting wondering what I.can say to you with my cat on the arm of my chair, trying to talk to me. Our pets are such faithful companions. Pats to your pug and love to you, I hope your therapist rings and you can settle. Please look after yourself, drink lots of water, try to get something to est your forum friends care about you.
