I'm sorry you've hit a bad patch - and yes - it does seem like a really bad bad patch - you sound so unhappy
I have a strong belief that we never go right back to square one when we hit a hitch on our journey - be it quitting, grief, pain management or depression - I've had all of these - we learn a lot and gain experience and it all helps
7 years sounds a huge deal - I understand - you've already come that far - I do hear you - I know - one day at a time sounds too much - I'm thinking of you
