Share a cuppa?

I've just made myself a cuppa and would love a friend if anyone is around?

Re: Share a cuppa?

I just checked the weather (thanks to SANE's 'quick exit' button). I'm not going to get rain on my side. It's still 37.8 degrees. @ArraDreaming

Hope it eases on your side soon.

What’s for dinner @tyme
We had chicken that needed cooking and couldn’t freeze, so I’m just cooking it now for leftovers/lunches tomorrow

We had a hot chook in rolls and salad

Nice @ArraDreaming .

What does your boy eat for lunch at school?

Re: Share a cuppa?

The chicken was like one of these pretty marinated butterfly chickens takes about 45 mins and it was way too hot earlier to do it
He just eats sandwiches sometimes noodles in a thermos @tyme he’s kinda fussy

Nutella sandwich @ArraDreaming ?? That's the go to for kids.

The kids here are not allowed to have it here though. My sis won't buy it.

Nah, can’t have that at school he only eats white bread with Vegemite and cheese… we’ve tried literally everything else and that’s all he will eat at school so that’s what he gets, every, single, day 😂 Has to be tasty cheese not sliced.

The middle one has to take lunch to kinder and has way more variety, they get afternoon tea fruit snack provided but has to take lunch, he will eat pretty much anything @tyme

They are sooo different your boys @ArraDreaming

You know what? When I was with my parents, I noticed how rigid my dad is. I wonder if he is autistic? He also eats the SAME THING EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Re: Share a cuppa?

He eats other stuff at home, and plenty of snacks he takes for recess I think it’s because school is so unsettling for him that having the same lunch is the stability and prediction @tyme when everything makes you nervous or anxious you know you have something you want to eat at lunch
I can kinda understand that
