Yes wet and cold here too, but not as cold as last week. Apparently another Antarctic blast is coming.

Ooh I haven't thought @Oaktree . Maybe a chicken mince bol with macaroni.

I don't often eat meat but got a pack I'm sharing with the cat.

What are you planning?

I have no idea what I will have for dinner. I do have some serves of lasagna that hubby cooked in the freezer so maybe I’ll have that. Or I did buy the bacon to make macaroni cheese

@Oaktree pasta is good in this weather. Sometimes I splurge and get fresh fettuccine.

I think I am leaning towards the macaroni but it makes such a lot. Wondering if I could drop some round to my son and his fiancé
