Hi @Shaz51, I've just been for a morning jog, the blue light at dawn is great for going for a jog as it stimulates the brain and helps put you in a good mood while jogging.
I'm having breakfast and coffee now.

Had a restless night sleep last night
Sad we live soo far away but at least we can communicate by texting and phone calls
Had 2 coffees ☕️ so far , thinking of doing something but it is soo muggy here and hubby does not want to do anything which I knew it would happen today after last night
