Share a cuppa?

I've just made myself a cuppa and would love a friend if anyone is around?

I think he is more upset about being told that they can see a improvement 🤔

Sounds frustrating for you and Mr Shaz @Shaz51 regarding his team. Especially if he doesn’t feel any improvement. Hopefully he feels a bit better soon

I wonder if that's PDA - or maybe even a relic from his childhood? I remember I used to hate when mum gave me praise over something. I think cos it felt like she was being condescending, cos usually it was related to stuff like my food aversions. So like, I would finally try something new, she'd praise me, and I felt belittled cos I had this internal shame about not being able to just eat regular food in the first place. Why did I need praise for doing the bare minimum everyone else just somehow is able to do without any effort?

That's just my own experiences though, maybe ask him about his feelings about being praised and why it's rubbing him the wrong way?

Sounds hard @Shaz51 💜🌺

My experience of feeling like what I’m told and how I feel doesn’t match was when I’d have a surgery, and the staff are telling me I’m getting better while I’m not feeling it (and in those instances, my body was correct - it was usually infection, fracture of a fix due to moving too soon, blood clot, or some other thing that’s somewhat unpleasant to endure till someone comes along to hear me).
I wonder if asking them to explain how they have come to their conclusions could help? 🙂🌺

@Jynx , I was reading the resources and information sheets and I can see why the MH team thinks he has ASD

I guess let him process for a bit? I know when I got my ADHD dx at 27 y.o. it threw me for a loop! I had to reconsider pretty much my entire life and whilst it did contextualise a lot of things, it was also pretty gnarly to come to terms with.

Connecting with others helps! Do you have any friends or family with ASD who he could chat to? Or even finding an online group or something!

Yes first quarter Moon is squaring Neptune now and until the eclipse next week on Monday. Its a very sensitising energy. Have seen people on here not coping. I have not been at my best either. Have had to find healthy forms of escapism as well as seeing all kinds of distortions in my perceptions as well as deception in people! Have been using amethyst crystal which offloads the negativity and transports you to a place of peace

After the eclipse next week on Monday the veils will get really thin before the next eclipse which follows a fortnight afterwards (eclipses come in pairs) So inbetween eclipses I usually get the feeling like I'm being eaten alive. Its a very difficult energy to navigate. Thats the best way I can describe it but its not a nice energy window to be in. I usually use sunstone between eclipses to block it out so I can keep my sanity
