I sent them a email message @amber22 and then they rang back explaining what happen and what to do next , so we have made a GP appointment to start the ball rolling

for me I have to try to keep calm or he will get worse , it is hard at times

have to wait for the doctors appointment on Tuesday ,

just went for a walk to the chemist before it rains again

no work this morning as we cant get to the job because of water over the road

have to rearrange my Calander now

lunch and cuppa time here

done the washing

playing word games on the computer and visiting the forum

mr shaz has turned to his photos on the computer and his camera

@Shaz51 it's awful to hear about the cancellation. It sometimes feels like one rule for medical and psychological professionals and another for patients. I hope you're not feeling too disheartened, and it's good you're moving forward with some other plans ❤️

Hey guys,

Just had a quiet day today. Went to the shops and got a few groceries. Going to cook the Cook Along cookies Mon/Tues so I can take them to a meeting on Wednesday. Don’t want them to go to waste. I am excited to see how they work out.
