Share a cuppa?
I've just made myself a cuppa and would love a friend if anyone is around?

@RedHorse @Bow @Shaz51 @Snowie @tyme hello everyone, hope you're all travelling okay. Just got home from work. Relieved to be without demanding customers. Hope the evening will be nice for us all. Take care.

Thanks @Snowie , you're so sweet. Life is just full of many unexpected changes. Live and learn 🙂 I'm in good spirits. Hope you are well too!
@Shaz51 , I'm sorry to hear you didn't get to see mum after making that trip. I guess it is in the best interest of the patients.
@Meowmy , glad you can share a cuppa with us. What would you like to have tonight? You deserve it after work 🙂
I hope you all rest up tonight.

Hi all... 🙂
@tonys Good to see you, I'm not sure what the "invalid message" problem you're having is but I hope it goes away soon. Your reply posted OK, we can see it 🙂

I've just woken up after a brilliant night's sleep, am enjoying a nice bowl of cereal and cup of coffee and for the first time having just solved a German crossword puzzle without having to look up the answers. I'm very pleased.

After an hour of exercise, I'm now ready for the day, I'm going to buy a book of music today. I find study and exercise are my greatest coping mechanism, and exercise is my armour against anyone who's going to try to be nasty to me...and there are plenty of those people around unfortunately.

I relate @Abner with the exercise. Its a double edged sword for me though.
Hope your day is ok

Still getting used to this website so if my conversation is alittle (or maybe alot) disjointed sorry about that, but yeah thanks for supporting the last post @Shaz51 and @Bow..
I have to report that in my life other people have often not been a strength, and have frequently been absurdly frightening.
I develop my strengths and mostly other people aren't one of them. I don't avoid other people and I'm friendly to them, but most of them I can take or leave.

I know, exercise isn't for everyone, and it's not easy for everyone either, but we do need to develop our own strengths so we can also be resilient to each other as well as things like corona virus and natural disasters.

And besides, developing your strengths can be fun.
