I mostly use Vegemite to flavour stews and bone broth these days 🙂🌺

I find it really nice, and an easy way to get nutrients and energy in the morning - the vitamins in the reds and greens powder is very gentle on digestion, and mixed with semolina and chia means it’s kind of like a slow-release 🙂🌺

I used to eat lots of Vegemite when younger and my cat loved Vegemite 😍

But unable to eat it now because of kidney disease @Former-Member , @Oaktree

I am a lucky girl. Hubby spoils me. I need to tidy up now but I feel too content and comfortable on the couch now
