No tasty treats after dinner tonight @Former-Member
9pm here , nearly ready for bed , just watching the dog hospital and starting to feel hungry but going to fight it
Had the afternoon off which was very much needed
I visited my mum this afternoon
I find I can not eat yoghurt anymore for some reason I started getting a sore throat when I eat it

I hope you get a good sleep tonight @Shaz51 🙂🌺
It’s very nice you had the afternoon off - this week sounds like it’s been a very busy week for you and Mr Shaz.
I hope your mum was ok today when you popped in for a visit 💜🙂
I’m sorry to hear yoghurt doesn’t go well these days..what you’ve said rings a bell from some time ago…I knew someone who was also living with diabetes, and they said a similar thing 🤔
He seemed to think it was something to do with sugar and the cultures in yoghurt, however I’m not sure how accurate that is 🙂🌺

Yes mum had a good day today @Former-Member
I take up a coffee with me and have afternoon tea with her
I put all her clothes away as I tale them home to wash
We did 3 word searches games together ❤️
Everyday is soo different with mum
Yes I think it is the cultures
In the yoghurt , Greek yoghurt is the worse , soo I don't eat it

That’s really nice @Shaz51 🙂🌺
It sounds hard knowing that every day is a different day with your mum, however I hope it brings you both joy to spend time together 💜
Ah, that does make sense regarding the cultures on yoghurt 🙂
I make my own yoghurt using a tiny bit from the last batch, as a starter 🙂
Have been doing that for quite a number of years now, that I can’t remember how or where I got the starter from 🤔🙂

Hey there @tyme 🙂🌺
I hope you can relax with a cuppa now, after a big week ☺️
Slightly feeling the weight of things today, however a few hours sleep and back into it tomorrow will be the cure 🌺🙂
I just got home, so I’m about to pop the kettle on (once I peel myself off the couch which feels like it’s stuck like Velcro 😉).
just started with a bit of heavy rain here 🌺
