Share a cuppa?

Share a cuppa?

I've just made myself a cuppa and would love a friend if anyone is around?

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hey @Former-Member I just discovered that eFriend is still On-Going (Operational).

They happily do Phone Calls to WA - even though they're based in NSW.

I stuffed it up with their Booking System though.

I know the Time Difference by Heart - Yet I am very tired right now, so my Brain is not working.

When you have Daylight Savings Time - WA is 3 hours Behind (instead of 2 hours behind).

I got it the wrong way around, & Booked a Phone Call time that I cannot take (cannot do).

Then their Automated System would not let me change the day or time of the Booking....

Oh my...

Sounds good @Adge ☺️🌺

I’ll post pictures after the next trip (I didn’t take any today) 🙂🌺

Those threads with frogs and butterflies sound beautiful 💜

Aw, @Adge 🌺 ..don’t worry - you’re not the only person I have heard that has had a mishap with the booking system; please try not to be hard on yourself for the mishap, or for being tired while on the booking system 💜🙂

I have heard that giving them a call is an easy fix..the number is down the bottom of their page that had the booking link on it, from what I could see 🙂🌺

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hey all, sorry I've been terrible at replies, I was moving over the weekend.

@Adge it's great to hear the affirmation for the value of peer support work, and I'm chuffed you find such support useful! It would be lovely, however, if outpatient and non-acute care could provide longer periods of support. Its good you have other outlets like yoga. Are there any drop-in mental health services or centres in your area which you could easily access? Safe Havens operate across NSW and utilize PSWs to great extent, which I think is great!

@Oaktree big congratulations on the move to becoming a community guide. Given what I've seen on here you'd be amazing at the job, as @Shaz51 has said 🙂

@Former-Member thank you for tagging myself and other peer guides in the discussions here, and for your valued contributions ❤️

Wishing everyone a beautiful day this Monday!

I hope the appointments go well @Shaz51 , and things are stable regarding diabetes 💜🙂🌺

I can’t recall if you’d mentioned what Mr Shaz’s CT was for, but I hope it goes well for him 🌺🙂

Hopefully your mum is doing ok, and it’s nothing to be too concerned about…thinking of you guys🌺💜

if you’d like to, feel free to update how you get on as you go 🙂💜💜
