Indoor exercise and then a hot bath is also good in wintry weather.

i had my last sensory module session today. Learnt a few new things through it. And then second last DBT group after that.

Going to have chicken kebabs and noodles for dinner tonight

Mum has been moved closer to us, she is a a rehabilitation centre hospital for therapy which is 30kms away

I haven't been on the last few days, so I have not yet caught up with what has been happening, but it certainly sounds like 30kms away is better than 60kms away!

While mum's been away, have you been able to have time for yourself and Mr Shaz? I guess when mum returns, it sounds like she will require 24/7 support.

I guess a lot of thought needs to be put in to best manage things. I hear it's easier to take one step at a time at this stage.
