Haha so sneaky! @ArraDreaming when I was a kid I hated pumpkin, so one time mum tried to trick me into eating it by mixing with my mashed potato one night. She told me it was carrot! And I kinda ate it, but was so suss on it. Then my sister kept laughing and gave up the game. I was so mad lol.
Now I do eat pumpkin, but only butternut really, and it's gotta be roasted. Yummm!

I always make this joke when our kids don’t eat much that like I lived off potato gems for most of my childhood and I turned out fine and I cop some massive side eye from the mrs

I love roasted pumpkin especially with mint sauce on it. I am also partial to potato gems. I reckon I have eaten more hot chips than is the lifetime average already. Love potatoes any way they come but particularly as hot chips.

I actually don't like potato gems nor mashed potatoes... but I LOVE hot chips! I only recently discovered that tomato sauce was okay on chips!
I don't even eat crisps!
