Hi @ArraDreaming , thanks for the offer, but I've just had a lovely cuppa, and a bit of a chew on some roasted coffee beans after a good workout.
How have you been? It's been hot here, after singing at church on Monday, I spent most of that afternoon sleeping as it was too hot to do much. At this part of the week the weather has been a bit more reasonable, and my weather app says that for the next month or so the weather here in Sydney is going to be nice and mild.

I had this iced choc coffee drink from the chocolate factory today @ArraDreaming . I'm still recovering. It was NOT worth the 50 minute wait! Worst iced drink I've had....
So I'm off all drinks. My stomach is churning. I reckon I'm just going to eat some plain white rice.

Ong the chocolate factory if I’m thinking of the one I know that place is actually not too bad not in peak tourist season @tyme shame it was disappointing thiugh
I had zuchini and corn fritters for dinner but my throat is so sore I will have to have some warm drinks tonight I think
