@ArraDreaming Let me know when you feel up to having some soup. I'd seriously be interested for you to track the day/s you are unwell to see if there is a pattern.

@tyme that looks good! i actually had some toast for dinner and that was ok, yeah I wonder too, maybe I was feeling a bit more anxious this morning and that made me feel sick I’m not sure I don’t feel like h have the flu or anything just overall feel unwell maybe nerves

I just having a hot cocoa @ArraDreaming . I don't feel like any sugar or anything. I've been a lot more careful with my eating habits lately as I know I've let that slip and the doc was concerned. I'm still waiting for test results.
Since not snack on chocolate, I find even a small bit of milk choc too sweet....
I hope you feel better soon. Sometimes a hot drink helps.

Yeah I’m trying to be better too @tyme maybe that’s why I’m always sick maybe I need to eat better

Who knows? Or it might just come down to... we are all aging - 'happy aging'
