Hi @Meowmy, my weekend is looking rather relaxed right now;. I shall have some lunch soon, and later this afternoon will get to do some singing practice, and then some trumpet, maybe also do some cleaning. I organised my rehearsal folders on Thursday evening, the Haydn we got was just a stapled score, and it was looking a bit confusing, so I've organised it in a blue folder, and it's alot clearer, , and protected against tear.

I like garlic bread@Shaz51, I had vegetable soup with garlic bread the other day, followed by pasta.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi @ArraDreaming, I've just been to the shops to buy catfood for my little ones, and am considering whether to make pasta or roast veggies for lunch, it's increasingly likely I'll have roast pumpkin pasta.

My little cat Bartok has come to visit, and is on my lap right now, and Olaf's just appeared, all while I'm listening to a lovely trombone quartet of Pachelbel's Canon in D.

I love the Canon in D. A couple of weeks after my brother Bruno died, in 1985, my mother and I went to see a film called "Ordinary People" which was about grief and the guilt that often accompanies it. The theme music of that film is the Pachelbel Canon in D; so it holds a special significance for me. Have a listen to it when you've some time, it's not long and it's very good music, and sweet on the ears.
