@Abner hey Abner , glad you enjoyed a good film and music. So lovely. I just got online grocery shopping sorted. Very congested over the long weekend. Took a while. Was very nice to walk along the beach today. Still enjoying the memories of the calm ocean, winds and breezes, nice people passing by, the boats and far sights of the hills and city. Hi @Meowmy, it's good to hear you had tranquil day yesterday. This morning I took delivery of a book about a true crime that happened in NSW some years ago. I'll read it when I'm finished reading my current book about Grieg.

@Abner hey Abner, glad you got a new book to read. I completed work and went to gym for the first time. Feel a bit better. Trying to ignore frail but demanding and critical mother. Home now. Had some chicken for dinner.Might have a little fruits later. Wish you nice evening. Take care.

I've just come back from a rehearsal with a rather temperamental flautist who objected to one of the singers in our ensemble simply and calmly saying she would sing the word "sinner" eventhough she's doesn't like the word. The flautist said "It's in the Bible, honey.". I said "We're here to rehearse music, not to pick bones with people.". He got into a tantrum and walked off. We went on with the rehearsal, he may not be ready to perform with us if he's got such a hairtrigger temper.
