idk maybe just a good nights rest and escape from the night time routine chaos for one night might be helpful

I also hope you recover quickly and not pass it to anyone else in the household. @ArraDreaming .

Please rest up. Maybe you can dream all your recipes you can cook when you feel better.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Do you think your son understands the significance of Reconciliation Week and how it links with his heritage? @ArraDreaming

I'm so proud of him. No wonder he made your day !

Re: Share a cuppa?

well, it’s kind of complicated hey because he’s not actually Aboriginal because he’s not related to me I’m technically his step dad but we dont talk about that much ever I have been around for almost ever, he knows he is an ally and what that means, and he comes along to every event I go to, so he’s learning about the significance we’ve been talking about it for years, mini number 2 (and 3) share my background ♥️

I would attach a photo but it’s got his name on the top he’s learning to write at school at the moment @tyme and wrote on his own a sentence about “sad people Aboriginal crying” and drew pictures 😭

Re: Share a cuppa?

I see that he is quite in touch with Reconciliation Week @ArraDreaming . I'm glad you have taken him to all the events. It's so important for young people to understand the full history of Australia.

Good on you for being able to share it with him. @ArraDreaming

Re: Share a cuppa?

They will. The connection to Country is in them. And it is you that will rouse that connection @ArraDreaming 🙂
