Emotions are often things we can't put neatly in words, Sometimes boredom can be a form of sadness, or feeling down in the dumps. I like to call it a listlessness,.like a boat on the water waiting for the next wind to fill its sails.

I am doing better this week. Struggled a bit last week. The sun is shining again here today and I have been out in it. Having a cold pepsi max at the moment.
