Many have had those emotional bruises, myself included @Meowmy .
Hence, we are able to comfort one another and support each other. That's what makes this community so valuable.

It's good to hear she's improving, recovery will take, and be proud of yourselves because you've all done really well. You all get a pat the back from me. I'm about to start reading a book about pastoral and spiritual care; I've been re-elected an elder at my church and am helping more with pasoral csre.

@Oaktree Lovely to hear from you. Oh....the sunshine. I have given myself 2 mini work breaks today, just to stand out side, face the sun and watch some of the bird wildlife
