I can relate @Oaktree, it's extra mild butter chicken only for me! The other curries smell mouth watering but... So spicy!
Anyway I've got my big mug of coffee by my side, how is everyone?

Thank you @Oaktree, she passed away in November 2021 from complications of diabetes. She had a healthy diet, but didn't exercise, she was a nurse and used say that her job keeping her active was enough, but... there's active, and there's active.

I'm doing well, @LeChuck, I have a busy day today, doing good stuff. I'm practising Handel's "Alexander's Feast" and doing some art, and this evening will be trying out my new adjustable weight bench when I workout. What's your day looking like?

I'm singing the bass part for a concert we're performing at the Sir John Clancy Auditorium in June. I've never sung that work before, and it's very beautiful! Very orchestral as well.

Glad to hear you are on the north side of good @tonys - the way you write is so expressive and unique, it really is fantastic!
All good for me thanks, looking forward to the Easter break and spending time relaxing and maybe have an Easter egg or two 🙂.
