Hi @tyme was a little flat last week, really since Christmas, but hopefully heading in the right direction now. Am trying to improve my resilience with fitness. Seems to be working so far and have started a few short courses at Neighbourhood house.

@Wide_horizon Its ok . I've been here a few months and it took me ages to get it.
I think its more about the undercoat than the painting. across vast distances, underlying connection, . . . . cant say to a certainty though,

hi @Abner thanks! I am well, my 16 years old boy returned home, I asked him to stay with her father till he reflects on some of his negative behaviors. I am glad he has given it some thought and he is ready to improve his behavior. 🙂
Going now to get some documents verified, then sit in a coffee shop to have a coffe and do some work..its a good day today 🙂

It is a good day today @Wide_horizon. I'm going for a jog and do some shopping soon, and then a workout with my personal trainer. Good to hear things are progressing with your son.

Tomorrow I'm going to see if I can draw sacchorytus coronarius, and make a puppet from the drawing. Sacchorytus coronarius maybe the very earliest ancestor of all deuterostomes, humans being part of that family too.
