I’m nervous but really looking forward to it at the same time @tyme
its a larger nursery and they do quite a bit more wholesale then my work place now, and Im excited to step up in that supervisor role

A supervisor's role is great. @ArraDreaming - but as I said, be prepared for annoying people, friction, tension. Main thing - hold your peace. Breathe. Don't answer when emotional.
That's my biggest learning in leadership roles.

funny that the part that makes me the most excited is the part that makes me the most nervous being that opportunity to step up @tyme

I actually am not a fan of chocolate @tyme Call me weird!! I much prefer cheese and biscuits. Blue cheese is my favourite.
I am hiding under my weighted blanket with my teddy. I have been trying to do box breathing.
