Thanks @Shaz51. Doing okay; just the time of year and next year isn't looking brilliant at the moment (money issues, possible rent rises, and probably needing thyroid surgery next year... most likely without anyone who will be my "escort" for the procedure).
Trying to be positive and use a technique my peer support taught me but things get a bit overwhelming sometimes.

Yes I have a few things that will be happening next year too like dialysis or a transplant and it is easy to start overthinking about certain things xx
