@Former-Member Went and ran a few errands this morning. Now just home on my bike watching tv and doing my nails. My daughter is at her fathers for the day so I need to keep myself busy.

Sleep sounds so good. Wish I could easily sleep the day away.

I have a lot of nightmares and am scared of sleeping. I tell myself they’re not real, but it doesn’t help
