Hi @Shaz51, @Bow et al, I've just finished some upper body exercise, and strained my right triceps a little bit, so will probably feel its soreness a bit tomorrow, but I'll be jogging tomorrow, so will give the upper body muscles a little bit of rest while working out the lower body.
