Share a cuppa?
I've just made myself a cuppa and would love a friend if anyone is around?

I don’t know you well @Former-Member but do you have some supports in your life?

No one can help me but myself. I’ve been to psychologists etc. it’s really up to me. But lately I feel helpless. I hate that feeling. @Bow

I get the sentiment of trying to be positive @Former-Member but sometimes it’s just down right too hard. And then you beat yourself up even more. I personally hate the ‘oh just be positive and it will all be ok’ crap. Cause unfortunately it don’t always work. Doesn’t matter how much positivity you put in your life things can still be really crap. And that’s all ok. Just don’t give up yeah? One foot in front of the other.

I get what your saying @Former-Member, we do need to help ourselves…. But sometimes we need input and guidance from other people too. Especially when things are really bad. Curious to hear what your experiences have been with a psychologist?
i know for me, last year it took 3 attempts to find a psychologist that I liked and fitted well with where I am at. I’m glad I didn’t give up after the second one cause my psychologist now is amazing.

It’s so upsetting that when people in real life say, I’m here for you. What a joke. Sorry I’m not being positive today @Bow I am just concerned about what is going on here.
