Hi @ArraDreaming, I care about you, and however you're feeling I don't think you're being an idiot. We have a right to feel however we feel, and when people tell us not to feel painful emotions, it's because like us they're not very good at listening to painful emotions they don't have an answer for. Mostly people don't listen for the sake of listening, they listen to respond, and when they haven't an answer their stock response is "Oh no, that's not it!" or "Oh, don't be silly...." or "Don't think that..." It's an instinctive rather than rational response. I hope you know that in this forum you have a right to ALL your feelings.

I had a lovely oatmilk cappuccino with our minister Andrew on Wednesday; he's recovering really well from phlegmond of the mouth at the moment, so has taken a few days off for rest.
