Share a cuppa?

I've just made myself a cuppa and would love a friend if anyone is around?

Chives are great

I don't use enough spice. Chilli flakes and salt in almost everything.

I'm feeling paranoid about neighbours today. crappy paranoia.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Paranoia is a difficult feeling because with that feeling there's usually a grain of truth, but you've got no way of knowing where the grains of truth are because you can't distinguish them from the grains that are just build up, and usually other people are of no help in that. You'd be surprised how common paranoia is, and lots of people don't deal well. So if you find you're a bit in pieces today, you're nowhere near on your own there @Former-Member.

Thanks @ArraDreaming. Have you all had a good day? I've had a good day, I went to see my GP, and got my HRT injection, and my tablets, then I visited a friend in hospital. He's much better than he was the other day. I did such good exercise yesterday that I'm having a rest day today, and will go for a morning jog tomorrow, I want to do the jog I didn't get to do on Monday because it was way too windy.

Also when I came home I found my two litre hydration backpack from Free Knight and my beard oil from Cowell's waiting for collection at the post office.

@Abner @Bow @TAB @Former-Member @Shaz51 @tyme hello everyone, hope you're all well. It's challenging to live with MI. Hope we can support each other. Have a good evening. Take care.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hey @Meowmy ,

I hear you. It IS challenging to live with MI. It's like that 'invisible' illness that just because people can't 'see', they think you can push on, eh?

At times, I'd say, "if only they could see the pain, they would not say the things they have". I've been hurt many times. But I also know I can't live the hurt - I know I need to continue because I deserve it.

I hope you find a space of kindness for yourself.

Would you like a cuppa?
