Also having a glass of water will help you feel slightly better, so you can talk about it with more clarity.

I'm so glad we can chat about things together.

I think I've been having some big weeks, and it got the better of me this weekend. So I rested-in today... but I'm so used to being on the go so that when I 'rested', my mind starting travelling the world! I think that pretty much sums it up @Abner .

Also, here's your water. Do you drink sparkling water @Abner ? What's your verdict on sparkling water? I've done research into it, but there are so many conflicting messages!
