I've just made myself a cuppa and would love a friend if anyone is around?

It happens sometimes @tyme I’m starting to worry if there is actually something wrong with my brain more than what I already know is wrong with it I just go through these phases skmetimes a day sometkmes a week where I am just in a haze and my memory is so poor and I just struggle to even think properly then it goes away as fast as it came on I feel like getting that now I hope it’s not it
6am! Jeepers that’s an early start

If you feel something isn't right, it's probably good to speak to the doctor next time you see them @ArraDreaming . I think that's always a good start.
I found that I had a lot of brain fog when I was in deep depression. However, in recovery, my thinking and memory has actually improved. I thought with age, i'd continually go downhill. Maybe I am?
I have been forgetting more and more appointments... but I put that down to my having too much on my plate. I really want to get myself sorted and better organised next year. I have my diary, but I don't put everything down... or things change and I forget to change it in the diary.
But yeah, if it's troubling, it's good to reach out.

I have and they said there’s nothing to show for it I’m actually in an good space compared to other times in my life so I don’t know if it’s mental health related I do have ADHD but this just feels different @tyme
i just get worried and down about it when it happens because I feel like I shouldn’t be having memory problems and brain fatigue at 27 if this is what I’m like now how bad will I be later on

Sounds like this IS troubling you. Maybe a blood test will help ease things a bit for you? @ArraDreaming . It may be anything from a vitamin deficiency to a hormone thing.... who knows?
Or maybe it's your body saying that your boys have aged you?
I remember I felt a big change in my brain at 20 and 25. It felt like my body was beginning to slow down. I somehow think 40 is the next milestone when I'll really feel like I've aged.
But yes, please speak to your GP if you're up for it 🙂

The boys have simultaneously aged me and kept me childlike @tyme i had never been to the zoo before today I love taking them to do things I didn’t get to do as a kid and seeing their faces light up

Wow! @ArraDreaming - never been to the zoo! That must have been a thrilling experience! I love the Open Range Zoo here in Melbourne. I much prefer the free roaming animals over the caged up ones.
I hope you all enjoyed your zoo experience today!
I'm booked in to go to Legoland in the next few weeks - I'v been many times before, but can't wait to go again!

And @ArraDreaming , I get it when you said the boys have both aged you and kept you childlike. That's so true about the power of children. Parents always have to be kept alert so they can be a few steps in front of their kids - esp when it comes to ipads and technology!
