What’s going on for you today?

I am at my best friends house taking my mind off things. We took her daughter to her horse riding lesson this morning. Then the daily trip to the french bakery my friend likes.

I'm so glad you corrected yourself and said you do want to be here but feel something other than despair. And am sure all of the other members are glad you said that too. Not that we want you to feel despair, but hope you can find that tiny glimmer of hope in the darkness you're experiencing. 💓
