Share a cuppa?

I'm yet to figure out the taste of chai @Bow - it seems when I drink chai, it's all just sugar? Am I drinking the right 'chai'?

What kind are your drinking @tyme ? From a cafe? Or do you make it at home?
i find there to be heaps of different ones, I buy a particular one from coles that’s low in sugar. And I really like the ones from Jamaican blue.
i don’t like the teabag chai’s.

I have chai's from cafes @Bow - haven't found one I've liked - yet.

I'm thinking because it's sooooo sweet.

The packet cappuccino are very sweet @tyme , @Bow so I don't put any sugar in them

Today we did 4 hours cleaning job

Then I was on the phone for way over an hour with centrelink

Then Mr shaz got a burst of energy that we filled the trailer full of green waste and took it to the dump

Totally worn out now , aches and pains everywhere

Had eggs on toast for dinner

@Bow , I feel sort of guilty when I have sweet cuppas... do you know why? I eat soooooooo many chocolates at a time!!! So I feel that I shouldn't put sugar in my hot drinks so I can 'save' it for my chocolates lol

Haha that’s how I justify having one @tyme Cause I don’t eat sweets. I drink diet soda and cordial too, so don’t have much added sugar.
