Yeah I’m ok at the minute I’m actually in a pretty good place considering what’s been going on the last few months but just for context wrote a complaint to an organisation recently dating back to an incident in 2018 @Former-Member

Yeah it is hard to maintain "niceties" during stressful times. It's a hard thing to manage and I hope it is taken into consideration. I was having an awful time and I got a call one afternoon from a pestering electricity company that had been calling 10+ times a day. Well...... I did not maintain ANY niceties at that moment and I said things that would probably make you cringe! I felt so bad, I called back to apologise and they'd blocked my number! At least they never pestered me again but that poor person on the other end. So was just saying @ArraDreaming , sometimes it is hard to rain it in and I hope they take that into consideration.
