Hi @tyme. one cappuccino coming up. I'll be chasing down a de-caf long black actually I'll go a non decaf as it is virtual ( lol).

Mindfulness has been on my mind since you mentioned it in relation to mindfully drinking - hot virtual drinks. It encouraged me to go to a mindfulness meditation on Tuesday night which was great and a friend was talking to me about mindful eating.
