What are you up to today? How was your trip away? I read that you were away for a few days on another thread.

I’m away in the country at the moment. It’s raining so I’m just having a slow start.

@BPDSurvivor We just went to see some family about 2 hours away a bit further down the coast, it was fun. Haven’t really seen them at all much in the last little bit so we had to get down there and visit.
Just hanging at home today, it’s rainy. Was meant to get out into the garden and also mow but it’s too wet. Might got for a walk though. I Surfed yesterday for the first time in ages too

That sounds so great @ArraDreaming - I can visualise you feeling at utter liberty with the garden and the surf. That is so incredible! Nature has real healing powers.

I’m out in the country on the border of VIC and NsW @ArraDreaming , then tonight I’ll be on Topic Tuesday for our BPD event. So my day’s booked up. It’s raining here at the moment, so I’m taking it slowly and might go for a walk later.
