I've just made myself a cuppa and would love a friend if anyone is around?

Hey @Abner I just wanted to pop in here to offer some support as you sound concerned about your neighbours. I'm glad to hear you have raised this with your GP and it sounds like you are monitoring the situation for now. I hope you will reach out to your GP again if the suspected auditory hallucinations continue.
Wishing you all the best

My plank exercises were so much easier to do just now. I did 20 minutes of plank push-ups, then 20 minutes of really slow ordinary push-ups, and then 15 minutes of abs and core workout, and then I had a bath. I'm about to make a quick dinner and relax into sleep. I might watch The Sinner on my phone beforehand.
Where does your daughter live? Does she have family?.

Hey @Former-Member thanks...
Feeling bit sad re my friends not replying to texts...bit isolating. Have had a rough time with mh of late, and self care.
Run down now and am a bit sick and fluey. Seem to have got it at work. Both wanting to sleep and rest andnjust not being able to, so tired but so insomniac-like.

Well done with your exercises @Abner, you should post over on the Daily Achievements thread you've been so productive today.
My daughter lives in WA (I'm in NSW) with her husband and two dogs.
Hope you found something tasty for dinner and you enjoy the rest of your evening.
Is the Sinner the show about the author? If so I watched and enjoyed it.
Take care,

The Sinner is a crime thriller and the detective in the show has depression, and his wife who's had depression acts as an alternative view. Sometimes a shift in the way we think about things including depression can make a huge difference.

By the way I love dogs and cats, what breed are their dogs? Have they had them long? My recorder teacher has beautiful Irish setters, and I have two very beautiful cats called Olaf and Bartok.

Hello @Former-Member nice to meet you. Enjoy your cuppa. I've just spoken to my support worker about entering a short course in singing at Sydney Conservatorium. My NDIS can cover it. Yaaayyy!!!

Hi @Abner.
That sounds so awesome !!
Good work 👍. I just lined up an interview volunteering in an organisation that could lead back to paid work.
Hope you and any people passing by have a terrific day 💕💜💕
